Publication Process
Step 1: Submission
The author submits the article. An initial screening is then carried out by the Editor or Associate Editor. If the article is rejected, it is returned to the author. If accepted, it proceeds to desk review.
Step 2: Desk Review
This review is conducted based on the submission checklist. If the article is found unacceptable or requires major revision, it is returned to the author. If approved (with or without modifications), it is sent for peer review.
Step 3: Peer Review
Subject experts review the article. If rejected, it is returned to the author. If accepted (with minor or major revisions), reviewer comments are sent to both the author and the editor.
Step 4: Copyediting
The article is checked for language, spelling, style, etc. If further corrections are required, it is returned to the author. Once the revised article is deemed acceptable, it is forwarded to the Editor-in-Chief for the final decision.
Final Step: Publication Schedule
After the final decision by the Editor-in-Chief, the article undergoes proofreading and is then scheduled for publication.
Publication Fee
Publication Fee
- Once an article has been finally accepted for publication, the author is required to pay a nominal Article Publishing Cost. This fee is kept minimal so that it does not burden the author financially, but at the same time ensures seriousness towards their research and writing.
- Experience has shown that when publication is completely free of cost, many authors tend to submit articles without proper quality checks. Often, such submissions lack originality—some even include verbatim copies of previously published works, which not only promotes academic dishonesty but also undermines the integrity of the journal.
- Considering these circumstances, a publication fee has been made mandatory to encourage authors to remain serious and responsible about the quality, originality, and relevance of their work. This fee is not intended for commercial profit but serves as an ethical discipline. It reminds authors that research and writing are not merely acts of submission, but serious intellectual responsibilities that require diligence, study, and thoughtful effort.
- Thus, the publication fee is a means to ensure purity in writing, dignity in publishing, and intellectual honesty among authors.
